Part of our process is working with academia to help you get to talent upstream. We work with highly motivated individuals, Schools, Tafe’s and Universities to upskill and mentor local students become key members of local businesses.

Offering an opportunity to local home grown talent from shcool’s, Tafe and University to work alongside industry professionals so that they get insights and guidance on their career journey. Innovation Campfire’s
Storytelling around the campfire is an age-old effective method of knowledge transfer and creating an innovation mindset. In prehistoric times, cavemen sat around the fire unleashing their imagination to one another, sharing stories of folklore while relaxing and bonding with one another. At incubatorTANK we’ve taken the concept of the campfire’s ability to foster an environment of trust and empathy and utilized this as a key tool to propel your digital transformation forward. Sitting down with the key members of your team, and engaging in communication allows us to listen, exchange ideas and stimulate conversation around innovation.
By holding campfire sessions weekly, we ensure there is enough metaphorical kindling or “ideas” added to the fire each week to keep it ablaze. While we have these sessions, we have a digital fire on our LCD screen and don’t be alarmed if you get a marshmallow thrown at you as a reward for a good idea or concept!
